Disc Duplication/Replication: Once your CD
development is completed and you approve the beta disc, we’ll
create a “Master” disc. We can provide you with just
about any disc format necessary, such as CD-ROM (PC, Mac, or hybrid),
CD Audio, Enhanced CD, CD-i, CD-V, Photo CD, SACD, DVD-Audio, DVD,
Dual-layer DVD, and CardDisc.
Duplication: For
short runs we use the duplication method (often referred to as burned
discs) which is more cost effective and has a much faster turn-around
time than replicated discs.
We offer a variety of ways
to print a duplicated disc label, such as: Silkscreen, InkJet, Thermal
and Paper.
Replication: For orders over 300 discs we use the disc replication method (also
referred to as pressed discs) which includes a glass master and
offers more packaging options.
Generally we will either silkscreen
or inkjet the label directly on to the replicated CD or DVD.
